Great interview. Very candid.

This bit has me very intrigued...
"Hyams is good. I’m working on something with him now. I like him."

I'd love to see him working with Hyams again.

That was a melancholy read. I'm glad he is getting help and there's absolutely no shame in therapy. I've been speaking to someone since my father died.

Fingers crossed what Dolph and Hyams are working on is that film Hyams is hoping to shoot towards the end of the year. Between Hail, Caesar! and a Hyams film 2016 would feature two knock it out of the park performances for D.

Truly great interview!
One of the few. Alot of them are just shallow pieces of shit with the same questions and answers ((I can really see how stars get tired of that stuff, saying the same things for 20 years).
But this one was a gem.
A lot of insight into D's state of mind and where he is coming from psychologically as well as great stuff about his career. Not often he opens up like this.
Maybe it's al about who is asking what and how. Really good job on the reporters part.

First the journalist shows he's smart so obviously he wanted to get into some deeper stuff, and also this was a proper, separate interview that probably took an hour, instead of the 5-15 mins slots they get during promo press junkets nowadays (that are also monitored by the PR people). And yes, I've seen that when he's comfortable and likes the questions he certainly opens up more.
