poor thing, i wonder what if feels like for Dolph not to have even one second of privacy, a second without a picture being taken of him.

Oh, let's face it, I think he's kinda lucky regarding other stars of the show biz. I guess his co stars of The Expendables have 3 times less privacy than him.
Plus this doesn't seems to be paparazzo stuff.

yeah, i guess ur right. he doesn't seem to mind it too much, which is a good thing for his fans .

1/ this was totally an arranged photo report/article
2/ Dolph isn't the schizo/paranoid celebrity type so he doesn't mind much people taking pictures (as ong a they're not embarrassing of course), plus most people are intimidated by him so they will not even say anything when they see him
