It's even worse. There have been reports made to the Swedish Broadcasting Commission and the show will be reviewed by them. It happens quite a lot in Sweden. It normally doesn't lead anywhere, it's just a good way for crazy women to try and stir up some moral panic.

Last years Melodifestivalen got over twenty reports whereas, thus far, there have only been three this year.

Like I said, it happens a lot in Sweden. We are all fckng crazy here!

Well, thumbs up to the 3-year-old who reportedly mimiced Dolphs fighting moves after watching the skit. There's hope for our youth!

Did I understand there will be a cover of "Eye of the Tiger" by the three hosts?

Yes, that's correct. :) And finally, Sly appearing in the Melodifestival is confirmed! Too bad he and Dolph can't openly promote The Expendables, though I guess the skit could still have a a similar affect, raising the public awareness and all that.

Dolph talks (in English), with the humbleness we know, about his involvement with the Melodifestivalen show:

There is a rather big thing on Dolph in todays swedish METRO (daily free newspaper).
Can´t find the online sadly. A kinda cool picture in there of Dolph with a cigar looking cool.
The headline reads "HE IS BACK". There´s an interview with Dolph mostly about the melodifestivalen thing BUT he also speaks about his movies and this is where it gets interesting.
On the question "Whats happening internationally" Dolph answers:

"I am going to meet with two directors in LA for other big films. Expendables-sized. It's a couple of different action-things of different kinds, both with and without a bare chest"

nice!

Hm, it says in this article that Dolph has been offered roles in several swedish action films, but turned them down. Probably for the best, there's only like three or four good swedish action films that I can think of, but I'd still like to see Dolph someday star in or possibly even direct a swedish film, preferably one in the action or thriller genre. Just a thought. :)

That sounds very promising! Go Dolph! 8)

Yeah Dolph has been wanting to make a movie in Sweden (and Swedish) for years and has had a couple of projects that didn't work out (one of them during the civil war) years ago... But he also mentioned that if he would do a film in Sweden he didn't want it to be the same action stuff than what he does in his other movies.

Well, I guess he has a point, but although it hasn't happened yet, I'm sure someone here in Sweden should be able to offer him an interesting and "worthy" project, even if it is in the action-genre (hell, I'd write one myself, if I could count on the swedish film industry to back me up financially  ). Which leads me back to one of my previous suggestions: they should offer Dolph a viking movie! Have him star in it, direct it if he wants, and shoot it here in Sweden. Imagine the possibilites ...
