Horrible cover for a fitness book. I'm so glad I have the Swedish version. Hopefully they will release the English version as e-book so I can finally understand what it says. ;-P

Hot damn! I just got the "official" e-mail notification from Amazon that my copy(that I pre ordered on 3-30-13) will be delivered between Sept. 5th and Sept. 9th. I'm so happy that I'm fighting back the tears of joy. To paraphrase Ivan Drago: "If he cries....he cries"

It seems the publishing company doesn't put much efforts or money into it and Dolph's schedule also getting tight towards the end of the month but he'll do some PR (media interviews I guess) mid-September (and if a signing or two that would be in L.A. I think).
