Manfred Lehmann is a well-known German actor who is dubbing a lot of stars like DOLPH, Kurt Russell, Bruce Willis, Gerard Depardieu, sometimes Michael Madsen, Scott Glenn or James Remar:

"Expendables 1, 2, + 3", "Thrill to kill".

Other dubbs are in German: Philip Seymour Hoffman, Josh Brolin, Ron Perlman, or sometimes Sean Bean, Jeff Fahey, Michael Wincott and many others.

I have no idea. RED SCORPION was released by a very small distributor, the French version was mixed in mono and the actor they hired probably wasn't and isn't well known (I don't think I heard his voice elsewhere).

Only theatrical films are dubbed over here in Russian language countries (most of former Sovet Union counties release movies in Russian), except Universal DTV films.

This actor Denis Bespaly dubbed Dolph in The Expendables 1 (TV version, the theatrical version was dubbed by another great actor) and 3. He also regullary dubbs Chris Bale, The Rock, Russel Crowe, etc, also dubbed Van Damme in The Ex2. Great voice! My favourite!

The problem with Manfred Lehmann is that - due to his very cool and masculine voice - he dubs every tough guy out there. And he had a long running radio commercial that everyone makes fun of. The company is no more but Manfred's line has become a meme. "20 percent rebate on anything but pet food".
