Hélène Merrick did many interviews with him in the late 80s and early 90s for the great French mags STARFIX (founded by Christophe Gans) and CINE-NEWS...

The first article I read from her was a 6-pages preview on RED SCORPION exactly 30 years ago (scans here).

That's also why I asked her to write the foreword of the French edition of my boon on THE PUNISHER (which she's kindly writing about in hers as well)...
