Dolph in a new Marvel movie?

Everyone on this site and their dog knows that Dolph's name was attached to a Venom film years ago, but how about this - since Venom is reportedly tipped for the next Spider-Man film, howsabout getting Dolph to play him? He looks like Eddie Brock does, is suitably well-built and obviously doesn't need too much in the way of combat training, so we could get some great fight scenes. Okay, I don't imagine that Brock is quite as old as Dolph, but since when did something as trivial as a person's age or nationality stop Hollywood?
On a related note, if the proposed Wolverine film focuses (as it probably should) on his incarceration at the Weapon X project, does anyone else think that Dolph would make for a great Omega Red? Omega is a Russian mutant and the first Soviet supersoldier, and he has a helluva grudge against Wolverine, for those who don't know. The only sticking point I can think of is that Dolph isn't 6'11" and 425lbs, but then, who is?
Such a role could be just what it takes to put the D-man back where he belongs - on the big screen. Or should he just stay away from the comic book industry? The petition to get Dolph Lundgren back on the silver screen starts here!!
Thoughts please.
