They wanted to emphasis DOLPH as the person who they wanted to focus on. Two adults was confusing to people who don't know Dolph

I prefer the pic of Dolph alone riding the elephant(sorry if this sounds sexual).

As if someone don't know Dolph, it's not a woman first name !!! So it's not difficult to understand who is who

Where I am, few people know Dolph, or have ever known a Dolph, so they would not know man or woman's name.

Dolph, from the view of my life etc... Dolph does not even sound like a name. Walk up to someone (who does not know of DOLPH LUNDGREN) on the street and say to them 'dolph'; they proabaly never knew Dolph was a name, or have ever known anyone called Dolph. Most probably they thought you were on the way to saying 'dolphin'

Dolph is a diminutive of Adolph and in some (german) countries there is a lot of men which have this name. Then if they have erased Anette because they want to focus on Dolph for people who don't know him, why did they don't erase ida for the same reason ?!?

It can also be a nickname for "Rudolph" (or Rudolf, both quite common).
