There's a clip on youtube with excerpts from Dolph's workout video (I guess). Carrie don't lean over your keyboad when you watch it - your saliva may short-circuit it.

aaahh noooooooo, ive just cleaned my keyboard aswell,
i would happily give him a work out he wouldnt forget in a hurry, although i havent been able to do the splits since i was 19,what the hell, for dolph im gonna start to practice again. yeah its from maximum potential,i never grow tired of watching it,btw have you ever tried doing the shadow boxing from that? i have and let me tell you it half killed me,its so hard because i didnt have anything to land a punch on,i guess thats why they call it "shadow boxing" doh

I don't have that video but after that clip I know I really have to get it. Shadow Boxing? Do you mean Tai Chi? Tried that once but it wasn't for me.

PS: I found a hilarious Dolph comedy clip. No actual Dolph footage I love that thing. ;)

i think it is called shadow boxing, boxers do it a lot in training, its really hard because you put all your weight behind a punch but theres no impact point and i always ended up face first in to the tv.
ive seen that clip before,im not sure if someone here posted it or if we found itourselves but im glad im not the only one here with a sick sence of humour, should of guessed your a twisted individual by your posts
