My favorite Swedish dinner would be baby seal and whale ass in the summer. But I'd really die for some Chinese."

Not his trainer but they used to train the same club with Brian Fitkin. Had never seen that pic before, very cool, thanks!

Special training with Dolph Lundgren 3rd Dan

On August 8th, Dolph Lundgren visited Spain to promote the film “Expendables 2,” which he stars alongside great Hollywood actors, Sylvester Stallone, John Travolta, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis, and great martial artists, as you know: Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Jet Li, Jason Statham, and others.

Dolph was kind enough to go training with his friend Shihan Jesus Talán and senior students (1st Kyu to 4th Dan), with a high-intensity workout as he likes, with Kumite and Stamina.

Dolph when passing through Madrid, Spain, tries to train with Shihan Jesus Talán. Great thanks to their friendship and the high technical level of the Dojo, and cooperation with our organization WKO Shinkyokushinkai.

More pics of Brian Fitkin's book The Fundamentals of Kyokushin Karate (1982) featuring Hans Lundgren!
(May I recall that Fitkin has been Dolph's instructor and mentor since he was 14 or 15, World Champion and one of the most respected and highest ranked non-Japanese in the Kyokushin style)

It's funny, no matter how many times I see The Big Guy sporting his natural brown hair color it never looks right to me. He has become the epitome of a blond, Scandinavian man and he's not really blond!
