My first movie in theaters was Masters of the Universe, so I've been a Dolph fan since about 5 years old. From there, Rocky IV was a huge inspiration to my friends and I and we all still keep in shape in part to guys like Dolph, Arnold and Van Damme.

Alien Mutants have now invaded the Dolph community, how long before can the rest of humanity resist before it's too late? :o

The first ever Dolph film I saw was Silent Trigger. I was only 13 years old at the time and thought he was fabulous! After that I saw him in Rocky 4 and didn't even realise it was the same person until the credits. I am now 19 years old.

After that I did research about him online and found this very site! I have been an avid fan ever since and love this site and all the cool info and updates.

Dolph fan since 85!! True OG...LOL

Hello all. This is my first post.

Well for me it was when I was around 12 years old and Rocky 4 came out. Funny thing is, it was my older step brother who saw it first and was hooked on Dolph. I followed suit after I saw it, too.

I still kid my brother today because he really does look like Dolph without the blonde hair. This sounds really kind of lame for a grown man to admit, but when I moved to a new state and I was 14yrs. old. I had no friends in high school and it sucked. New place, people etc. My stepbro who I looked up to was not around anymore so Dolph was kind of like an imaginary friend that helped me through some tough times.
I would often think stuff like.."How would Dolph react to this situation?"..and stuff like that in high school. LOL I know it sounds kind of lame but hey..whatever gets you through.
In SoCal, I searched high and low for Maximum Potential and when I finnally got it, I would work out to it everyday!! That's a hell of a workout man!!I also collected Punisher comics..and when I heard he had done the Punisher..I went nuts!! Turns out that year 89, it never came out in theatres but a friend (comic nerd too) hooked me up with a bootleg copy that I still have today!! It;s got the editing count and a whole different soundtrack.
I walked to the theatre (no car back then) when Red Scorpion came out and sat in the theatre all day till midnight. haha It's really funny thinking back on those times.
I could go on and on but I have allot of respect for Dolph and I hope I can meet him one day as I'm still a big fan.

Totally not lame. The Big Guy is a real role model for lots of us... I mean I had the "heli pad, flat top" and dyed it platinum blond once upon a time, so we´ve all been there.

HAha. Thank's guys. I've finally found the place where people just "get it" when it comes to Dolph. Ladies adore him and guys want to be him. It's funny but I'll often lend Dolphism during a conversation here and there with my guy friends knowing I'll get rousted for it simply because it makes me feel enlightened as to what simple-minded pathetic lives they lead. haha

The first movie i saw was Rocky 4, but i liked Stallone he was one of my favourite action stars i started to like Dolph when i saw movies like Universal Soldier and Army of One.

Late 90's and early millenium i didn't watch Dolph movies anymore, but i started buying DVD's i think 2004 and when i bought the Mechanik i wanted to collect all of Dolph's movies.

Roughly 5 or 6 years ago, my brother bought The Punisher on dvd. I thought it was okay, but I thought Dolph was pretty kickass. Then 2 years ago, a friend reccommended The Mechanik to me. It was my first exposure to Dolph in 4 years and fell in love with the movie. Since then, I've been obsessed.

Dolph fan

I became a Dolph fan when i saw Rocky IV, i've never seen a more brutal dude than Dolph in that movie. I also like Showdown in little Tokyo, both Brandon Lee and Dolph in the same movie was just awesome! The punisher is also one of the best (way better than the new version =)
