The initial 2005 soundtrack edition from Perseverance Records had a 24-minute special feature interview with composer Dennis Dreith and director Mark Goldblatt (pretty rare on soundtrack CDs as far as I know):

Released 36 years ago in French cinemas. This is a promo sticker that I had won...

For once this podcast discussion it's not too silly...

For those who don't own one of the special editions:

They called it a "gag reel" on the Blu-rays but I assume this was a reel screened (at the wrap party?) for the crew (hence why they're the most represented) as it is sometimes the case...

In case you haven't noticed, I've been posting comparisons of the various international Blu-ray editions that exist on the book social pages...

Spanish edition just hot off the press thanks to Applehead Team!

As for the English version, it has yet to find a release date later this year for reasons beyond my control, but we’re getting closer!!

Congrats :D

Here is a video from 2024 (just found it today)

My guess is that our own Jox should not watch it as some infos sounds a bit... ludicrous ($30M revenue worldwide ? really ?)

Sadly this number, coming out of nowhere (or gets confused with the 2004 movie which made about that amount), keeps showing on the Wiki page and therefore is quoted by people here and there...

The only sourced box office figures I could ever find are those:
- 355,000 tickets sold in France
- 155,000 admissions in Spain
- 50,000 - 60,000 tickets sold for Germany and the UK each

I wish I knew for Japan because it seemingly was the biggest theatrical release after France...
