I find it a bit irritating that the put Randy's name above Vinnie's head and vice versa. Otherwise it looks very good.

Contractual billing order I guess... Couture seems like he isn't in this much.

A trilogy of 3 films starting September...

Hard Rush 23rd release, then the following week Blood of Redemption. Will be a great week .

Looking forward to seeing how both Couture and British Gianni Capaldi (in both films) will do.

Let September roll...

Running time is 92 mins 53s according to the BBFC (not sure if it's HD 24 frps or PAL 25 frps).

UK trailer

P.S. I believe the aspect ratio is wrong, crop it 2.35:1 with VLC it looks much better!

Was looking forward to seeing the trailer for this one but in all honesty it doesn't look as action packed as I was expecting. This and BOR look more like thrillers, although actually BOR looks a bit better/more interesting than this for some reason. Both look like they were shot a lot at night time. Still looking forward to it but after watching Hijacked with Couture and Vinnie last night, I am not optimistic haha. I did expect appalling CGI planes but it was pretty bad. Couture ain't bad when it comes to delivering lines convincingly either, it's a pity DTV movies never have good scripts or good supporting players.

Without expecting much from this one either, I hope/think the pedestrian trailer makes it look worse (or less interesting) than it is... Anyway it'll be fun to watch both back to back in September.

This one looks more interesting, dolph's part looks more important, and depsite being a huge Billy Zane fan, Randy Couture is more interesting than the baldie phantom in this case ;)
And there seems to be some nice fights as well (is it in this that he fights miss Sandersson) ?

In BLOOD OF REDEMPTION (you can see her giving him a side kick at the trailer).

This is a really poorly made trailer. It doesn't look as polished as BOR. It kind of looks a bit cheap, a bit flat. It reminds me of Direct Action. That said, DA isn't bad in terms of D's films around that period, and his performance was good in that, so that wouldn't be a bad level to achieve.

Felt the same about BOR, I think it's the trailer here that is really poorly put together. Other than that the two movies look very similar and should end up pretty equal in quality (good or bad). What will also make or break them is the supporting cast and that's a bit scary to be honest... But I'll take that over any IN THE NAME OF THE KING or any other nonsensical AGENT REDish flick of that caliber.

One of the perks of being an internet film reviewer person is that I'll be getting a screener for this soon! ;) Looking forward to that, and also keeping my fingers crossed for BOR soon after. He he. 8)
