Nope. Nu Image had a promo to show at Cannes but I didn't see it. The movie's in the can but now all the focus is on CP. DC will just be the appetizer!

Damn.I want to see something from DC so bad.I'm very hyped about this movie because Pare is starring with him.
You know I'm proud that I never gave up on Dolph and look now ....only cool projects coming from him in the last years.Going to re-watch Direct Action tonight.Love it so much.

We do need another Charles Bronson don't we?Hope he doesn't quit acting too soon.

Well Charles Bronson was about eighty years old when he quit acting so if he does decide to be another Bronson we'll be seeing Dolph in Missionary Man 48: Lord of Death by 2039!!

Direct Action is absolutely awesome, I love the fights, the weaponry and the cool angles - very retro!! I'm glad I didn't quit on him either because he's got lots of cool stuff coming up and stuff that's been cool in the past couple of years. :D

I really hope to see something from Direct Contact too because I've been imagining all the action scenes in my head and for ninety minutes, it looks non-stop judging from the pictures!! Can't wait for some sizeable explosions and machine guns...bring it on!!! :D

Ever seen the Simpsons episode with DEATH WISH 9, starring an old Bronson lying in a hospital bed and thinking... "I wish I was dead"!

Nope, but that made me laugh just thinking about it. I have all the Death Wish's on DVD. My favourite one is Death Wish 4: The Crackdown, unusual choice, I know!! Dolph's Missionary Man was a tiny little bit like Death Wish 3. Man comes to town, problems in town, goes out and kills people.

Here's what Vern (infamous critic at AICN and now author of the "Seagalogy" book) wrote on his site about the teaser:

8/30/08 For completists only: I saw SAW IV. Instead of reading that crap I recommend you watch Dolph Lundgren's awesome new COMMAND PERFORMANCE teaser at Dolph Ultimate. Not only does the movie promise the type of absurd high concept I like, this teaser reminds me of the glory days of standalone teasers like LEATHERFACE or T2. And I'm sure I've seen a bullet flying toward the camera with flames behind it before - maybe it's the opening credits of RICOCHET? I'm not sure.

And yes, the idea came right out of the T2 teaser!

Limited theatrical release? It is an original plot, well there has never been a die-hard in a rock concert before and it's a fun movie and judging by the teaser I would think cinema audiences would love it, hope this happens.

Man Jox... there's Dolph Lundgren fans, and then there's you! I mean, jeez... how many action movie stars have fans whose personal hobby is to better said star's career?

Nice work on the new site Jox, I think it actually looks cooler than the DUG site (and that is saying something!)>
