I think so. It's worse the less votes you have. With most Doloh films, they get around 300 votes at the most, in recent years. So if there is a large amount of 10's they tend to discount most of them. Once films get around the 1000 votes mark they tend to not get scored down quite as much, because those vast numbers mean it's less likely that there was balllot stuffing. I can understand why they'd do that but some films get unfairly butchered, especially Dolphs. I also think that DTV films are more likely to get their scores put down cause those who won;t see say Mechanik, may not believe it would be good, which it is. I don't really get how a film with a 7-3 average rating should get chopped down to 6.1. I think there should be a cap on how much a film can lose from supposed balot stuffing, of about 0.5 of a mark.
