Did they even attempt to make this one good? The cheesy slo-mo shots of walking along the beach - seriously? - I had imagined them but didn't think for a minute they would have the stupidity to include such an awful thing - even in parody. As for the trailer, it looks like they've just put the footage through a chesse grater. Sorry to sound like I am posting on VDF, but this doesn't even look remotely exciting - which it is meant to be.

I thought this was scheduled to premiere on WGN this Saturday, 09/21? I've looked, and it's not on the schedule... What's scheduled instead are Law & Order reruns, Matlock reruns, and Major League baseball... Could it be premiering next Saturday?

Not sure what the deal is with WGN. On their site it shows that it will run at 1 in the afternoon on Saturday, but when I check my satellite guide on the TV it is nowhere to be seen. I did find it will show at 8PM on one of the local bodunk stations here, so my advice would be to look through the listings for your local second-tier CW type stations in your area.

Though to be honest I have a bad feeling we'd all be better off watching Matlock reruns instead.

That looks woeful, absolutely woeful. They've clearly half assed it. It's also clear the initial reported budget was a lie. I think Dolph will quietly forget this ever happened. It seems like the producers aren't exactly busting down studio doors to get this out to the world either. I think they'll try to get it on the air somewhere, hoping it goes by unnoticed. It almost seems like it's been written off before its even shown.

And also, when you send out a promo that makes Baywatch look like Breaking Bad, you've got big problems.

That's why they went South Africa instead of North Carolina which delayed the shoot of 4 months, so how did they expect to deliver a show in 1 & 1/2 month?! And yeah "Baywatch" is supposedly better...! Hope his paycheck didn't get cut.

Yea looks kinda like the producers pocketed half the budget on this one. On one hand shows like this sometimes develop a cult following... will it be enough to get a second season who knows. Sometimes miracles happen and if ratings are good enough maybe they get more time/money for the second season? But, do we want dolp becoming a TV guy and lessening his movie roles? No not really!

Regarding WGN. Looks like there is a difference between what WGN airs in Chicago and what they air in the rest of the country as "WGN America." So that's why this won't show up for anyone watching WGN outside of Chicago.
