I dunno, the only thing better is it's got more Dolph, but other than that it's as embarrassing if not more. The writing really is some of the worst, most stupid and incoherent I've ever heard (not mentioning cheesy, lamely patriotic and about the most none-sensical details etc. Oh and we're gonna get a WTF dance scene every episode it seems), almost worse than soap operas. The cast is really awful acting-wise. If THE LAST PATROL had been turned into a series it would have been more better than this.

Me and my brother felt that from the first two episodes there should be a drinking game where you take a shot everytime someone says, or more particularly, yells "Dunnigan!"

Ha ha.

We decided against playing the game though, on account of not wanting to die of liver failure.

Watched the 1st two episodes last night. Saf3 is--without question--the WORST project Dolph has ever been involved with. I'd rather watch Retrograde 10x in a row than watch this garbage. I really hope no one watches this so it gets canceled. Dolph should just walk away from the show.

Jox... have you talked w/ Dolph about the show since he started filming? He has to be miserable on set. I wonder if he can get out of his contract for season 2?

I can't imagine Dolph is happy with the end result of this, nor was he very happy with it while filming it. He's smart enough to smell the stench of a project midway through (judging from the stories on some of his other projects). I too, am wondering if he's contractually obligated for a second season. I honestly don't see his character as being integral to the series. He can be replaced just as easily as the lifeguards were on BAYWATCH.

Of course, Jox made a good point last week with this... What might be his saving grace with this show is the fact that Dolph has some notoriously cheesy films to his credit, which he might be able to use to his advantage with SAF3...

And where is the problem ? Yet usa indeed had a former president who was an actor, although both states had governors who were former bodybuilder and former professional wrestler ... If there is indeed a country where the concept of second chance is there that one either ? So a producer and writer of TV series who was doing something else before, why would shock it?

That is not the issue. If only the show was good. She just can't write (let alone coherently) so it's just funny, a former Miss Virginia who had an infamous affair with a senator, appears and write some episodes of BAYWATCH and 20 years later writes an even worse of a show while I'm sure she thinks it's a crowd pleaser! I know you were anticipating the show, but don't tell me you actually think it's good? ;)

I like the show better now, knowing that she used to be quite the piece of ass!

But it's still a crazy bad show.

That second episode is just an hour of people walking around talking about that south african (american?) old guy's passing away and planning his funeral. What did I just watch?!

By the way the actor playing the mentor actually was in Clint's Eastwood's INVICTUS so he probably is one of the best actors of the bunch but just like D he sure isn't given a lot of work with...

I don't think we can judge her "new" career with only two episodes

How many more do you need? Do you sincerely and realistically believe in a drastic improvement? Even a miraculous "50% better" would still be very baaad... unless you you really love baaad television. This is exactly what I hoped he'd never do.
