Apologies if this has been covered, but I just checked Dolph's official website and there is a letter/update posted there:

"At the moment I'm very much looking forward to joining forces with my freind and mentor Sly Stallone, Bruce Willis, The Governator, Mickey, Jet, Jason, Chuck Norris, Randy, Terry and Nick Cage in a month for EXPENDABLES II."

This would suggest that Jet, Mickey & Nick Cage are confirmed for the film?.
