Spawn is a funny shit (litteraly ^^).
As for F&F7, MJW said in his "Jaa - jai common stuff" that he was credited on Imdb, but it wasn't true at all (which is a shame).

Oh man. That's disappointing. Though (and it's a shame) I think FF7 will probably be a bit of a mess. Working around Walkers tragedy is one thing, but also the cast is just a bit too big.

I've actually never seen SPAWN. Loved BLOOD AND BONE maybe even more than UNDISPUTED II (because the MA and directing are slick and less extravagant than UD2, story is classic yet efficient).

It's almost surprising that MJW hasn't done as many action films as you might think. He has branched out and done a lot of comedies and some romance films too, but given he's been around 20 years you'd imagine him have 20 or so action films, but I don't think it's anything like that. Spawn wasn't a complete disaster at the box office either, it did reasonable numbers, so it's surprising he didn't get 1-2 more stabs on a big screen action piece around that period, as a rival perhaps to Wesley Snipes.

I'm quite curious to watch Android Cop actually. MJW doing an Asylum film. You wonder why he'd lower himself to that, but I'd be interested to watch it as a comparison to Battle Of The Damned.

The success of Snipes probably was making it harder for him to break through as casting director likely saw him as a sub-Wesley Snipes.

I'm surprised to say that but for what it is I really think the ANDROID COP doesn't look bad at all (especially by Asylum standards). Made me want to see it (unlike ROBOCOPY) and it really looks like one of those early 90s SF action flicks.

Ekachai Uekrongtham
Celina Jade (นางเอก Arrow) This photo was taken in between takes while shooting Skin Trade, a new film I'm directing and is currently in production. Here, Tony Jaa gets close to Celina Jade (from Arrow). You've got to see them together in the film when it comes out

Well we saw that coming :?
I hope this Mike Selby fella is just over enthusiastic, and does not have the will to "own" the movie (I don't know if that's really clear).

:? Is he upset? Mike goes way overboard with the photo sharing. I appreciate his passion, but he needs to keep a little bit of mystery around the film.

This is da greatest picture ever.

Any news on another "surprise" name that was to be aded (i know i'm asking too much)?

When was the first day of shooting (can't remember)? I mean it's already May and we still have Canada shoots, right? It's a pretty impressing shooting period.

Like I said I don't think there's gonna be another "name" added and there was talk about "surprises" but but not necessarily casting ones.

It started almost 2 months ago now, January 15th. What did I tell you?! I think it has more shooting days than EX3 (which had 54). ;)
