A film that “predicts” the future in a very Windows 95 kind of way, JOHNNY MNEMONIC is a bonkers, pre-Y2K thriller that serves as something of a precursor to JOHN WICK but throws in a cyborg dolphin and Dolph Lundgren as a street preacher assassin for good measure.

I can see on Twitter that JOHNNY MNEMONIC and Dolph's Street Preacher are trending quite well these days (even Joseph Gordon-Levitt twitted about it).

Yesterday January 17, 2021 was the day the movie starts except that they mistakenly pegged it as a Thursday instead of Sunday :mrgreen:
