Heheh...don't know did anybody see this on other forum...this is something that I made for competition on Scot Adkins Fanz Forum, but I want to share here with you guys also. I was thinking how cool would be to team up Dolph Lundgren and Scott Adkins, and then I remember Showdown in Little Tokyo. Brandon Lee was back the a young MA action star...yeah, he was a son of a big man, but he was trying to make his own movie path, and Dolph was already well known because Rocky IV and Masters of the Universe, Punisher, Red Scorpio, Dark Angel etc.. So for Brandon's first movie producers decided to team up him with Dolph, and result was great, and Brandon later made two great movies...to bad that he died, because who knows, maybe today he would be a legend.
Now, Adkins is also a young MY action star, trying to make his own movie path, and yeah...he has all ready couple of movies of his own, but I think that something like this would bring his name more out, and maybe people would see him as new Brandon Lee...or something. It could be great material for entertaining buddy action comedy with loots of gunny lines...

Anyway...I think that would be a cool idea. This is a poster that I made...I tried to make it as close is possible to original. In only sorry that I could not found some other Dolph picture that I could use, that would be more in vein of the original and original (this one is to recognizable because Missionary Man), but still cool, and not to old...

Good work on the poster.

I always thought that if a SILT sequel were ever made, that Mark Dacascos would make a great replacement for Brandon Lee - assuming, that is, that Lee's character were included in the script. Dacascos and Lee look very similar, which would be why Dacascos took over from Lee on the series of The Crow.

With Dolph's career on the rise right now, having him make a movie with Dacascos would help the latter's career no end - it's been some time since he last appeared in a film that got some decent distribution (Cradle 2 The Grave, I think?)

Forgot to congratulate you on the poster Dragonrage! 8)

I don't think it'd make much sense to team up Adkins with Dolph for SILT 2 but why not for another project.

Dacascos, like Lundgren, is so underrated and deserves a much better career. Seems to happen to all the best ones... :(

Hehe...thanks...

Yeah...you probably wright, sequel for SILT these days would not...but teaming them up form some kind of project would be awesome. Try to place "bug" in Dolph's ear hehe 8) :D

They probably already met, especially in Nu Image Bulgaria studios when Adkins was filming NINJA and Dolph was prepping COMMAND PERFORMANCE. I know Dolph was also thinking about a project with Michael Jay White someday...
