You can find them through google image search in "large" size.

Also for all the photos he posted, just go to http://www.cineplex.com/People/dolph-lundgren and on the URL of each image replace "_full" by "_original" at the end (in the address bar) ;)

Tom Hodge a.k.a. The Dude Designs comments on his UK art for the Arrow BD
Arrow Video’s artwork for the BluRay release of Dolph Lundgren’s Red Scorpion, as with a lot of these re-release covers i like to have some with the visual style of classic VHS cover art, paying homage to various covers. and with Red Scorpion being an old school 80s action flick i thought it would be great to pay homage to one of the most used illustrations in action VHS covers everywhere. I believe the original character started life out as the cover art for ‘Atlantis Interceptors’ and then with some slight alterations and visual tweaks the same character and pose turns up on covers for cobra force, Laser Force, strike commando and a few others.

I like to think it adds an extra twist for the collector on these films adding more depth with the history of VHS art. kind of like an in joke i guess for those buffs in the know.
This pose was also inspired by the double barreled ‘experimental’ gun (more line cannon) which Dolph wields in the grand finale, so i wanted that to be the main focus and to try and get it as LARGE as possible on the cover.

The title design was also a large focus as i wanted to have quite an 80s reflected mirror shaded style to contrast against all the action.

The film is all set in the dessert so that gave me the influence for the colour pallet of real strong reds and yellows, with lots of explosions to really drive the action home for the viewer.

Five protest groups picketed at the film's opening weekend in Washington, D.C.[3] Protesters carried placards that read "Red Scorpion No! Freedom Yes!" and shouting "Red Scorpion is no good. Send it back to Pretoria!"
D.C. Groups Picket `Red Scorpion'; South African Support For Film Is the Issue

Five Washington groups picketed last night's showing of the adventure film "Red Scorpion" to draw attention to the "heavy involvement of the South African government" in the film's creation, which violates the United Nations cultural boycott against the Pretoria government.

The movie is loosely based on the life and times of Jonas Savimbi, the leader of the Angolan guerrilla organization UNITA, which is supported by the United States and South Africa. In the film, Dolph Lundgren plays a Soviet agent assigned to kill an African resistance leader named Sundata. The attempt fails and he eventually ends up staging an assault against his former comrades.

"Scorpion" was produced by Jack Abramoff, a Washington-based conservative political activist who is the former executive director of Citizens for America and the International Freedom Foundation. ….................
