Journalists are so stupid, they always jump on shortcuts to write stuff like that. That's not what Sly exactly said if you listen to the London press conference on the context. He basically said that you "would think" he's a moron given his look...

Dolph is in not in TE for 20-30mins so don't get your hopes up guys.

Regardless if the movie turns out the be an action-masterpiece or simply good (I won't go any lower then that! :x ) it's incredible to read all the positive stuff people are writing about Dolphs performance. I especially like:

As it stands, there's plenty to find comfort in. Dolph Lundgren's character arc, for instance. Only in a Stallone film could a guy go from shooting men with harpoons to drugs and betrayal [...]The last scene with Dolph generated so much goodwill with me. It's just absolutely... Stallonian.

So I really hope we'll get a sequel, perhaps an entire trilogy, and maybe even a spin-off about Gunnar Jensen.

Totally, although of course I'm only putting up the positive here but overall it's the kind of comments I expected!
Stallone, Statham, Li, Couture, Crews and Lundgren display good chemistry and camaraderie as a team — despite some crazy moments by Lundgren’s character, the unstable Gunnar

I plan on going to see it on vacation, near the beach the day after the release (because it's less expensive there), then when I come back from vacation, then another time. And maybe a fourth.

Giselle Itie’s line delivery makes Dolph Lundgren sound like Laurence Olivier.

I liked the dynamic between Li and Lundgren, who are always at odds and have a fun fight scene

As each famous name flashes across the screen it is greeted with loud cheers and clapping. I saved my loudest cheer for Dolph because Dolph is god.

It would have been great to see Dolph take part in the big action climax because Dolph is god!

It's brutally ballsy and both Dolph and Terry Crews with those guns will make any audience cheer.

the performances, with the notable exception of Lundgren, are distinctly average when it comes to dialogue.

I don't want to seem like a know-all, but I had a sneaky suspicion Dolph would get the most credit for his acting on a few occassions, his character is certainly the most interesting and as Dolph himself says you can have much more fun with villainous characters. Really great to see so many nice comments when for ten years they've been slandering the guy in DTV hell.

Dolph looks so tired again. just the way he did after the whole "Melodifestivalen" song contest. GOD loves u D. kiss kiss XOXO.
i love seeing D & Sly together - i love it. i love watching them laugh and try to have fun at interviews.
Sheesh, they worked so hard accepting interviews, answering questions, being friendly, keeping a smile on their faces. GOD bless them.

well, sometimes we say things we don't really mean at the spur-of-the-moment. that's probably what Sly did if he did say something negative about D. before my "second crush on D" -around 2003 i used to think D was just another pretty boy running around in movies. i thought that he was probably arrogant and stupid. i didn't know he had a Chemistry degree. that all changed when GOD helped me see through all the lies. now i love D and i think he's great with Sly. it brings me so much happiness to see them together laughing and to see Sly happy too. Sly did not mean that if he did indeed say that. Sly is too nice and sweet to say something like that about anyone. it was a preconceived notion with a spur-of-the-moment comment that means absolutely nothing :D . we all say things negative from time to time when life's frustrations get to us. it's nothing. i know it :D .

Yes, as long as Dolph basks in the warm light of GOD he'll be all right. Sometimes GOD makes the interviewer ask silly questions, but luckily GOD then makes Dolph answer the question in a good and GOD-like way. GOD, thank GOD that you help Dolph GOD his way out of un-GOD-like situations.

P.S. GOD

Dolph was on Jimmy Fallon? Cool!

Lundgren and Li come off well

http://www.heraldnet.com/article/20100813/ENT/708139957

the movie's best sight gag -- a brawl between Lundgren and the foot-shorter Li.

I thought Dolph Lundgren was on great, Universal Soldier-esque form

Li and Lundgren have an energetic fight scene.
