Has anyone read the I COME IN PEACE comic adaptation? I just picked up a copy and am waiting to see what's in store... From the looks of the cover, the artwork seems a little amateur, and it was apparently put out by some small press that no longer exists... Any thoughts / opinions?

Moltisanti read it and talked about it a while ago, you should find his comments somewhere if you browse back. I got copies of the two issues myself and went through it, it sums up the film very quickly and they've taken a few liberties with it but even though it's not a great comic adaptation it's just nice to see it exists.

And when on the subject of movie lines, I just had to make Dolph say my own favorite line, which is from “I Come In Peace” (aka “Dark Angel”). During the final battle, Dolph’s hero confronts the murderous alien who hisses “I come in peace...”, followed by Dolph aiming his big gun at the baddie and spitting out:

“...And you go in pieces, asshole! Ha ha ha - that’s so bad it’s really good!”

In 1994 I've been renting and watching Terminator 2 several times, there was Dark Angel's trailer before the movie, so I'v been watching it as well, I've seen the movie some years after that and I thought it was rather good.

Few months ago something reminded me of that movie, so I've immediately ordered DVD, watch it and... it's better than I remembered it :D It became my favourite Dolph movie. Too bad there was no sequel.

According to this South Korean blog DARK ANGEL did fairly well over there despite a limited number of screens.

Yup, that score has tangerine feeling, Tron Legacy has one of the best scores ever, amazing electronic sound for 2010.
