Apparently there will be a Dolph interview for the German Platinum Cult Editions / Digidreams release (not on the upcoming Austrian edition though).

I don't know if reliable but they say it's from an HD master made off an original uncut negative. Original negative I doubt but as long as it's a good scan from decent 35mm material...

Trivia: One of MEN OF WAR's second unit directors, Gusmano Cesaretti (also an artist and photographer), has mostly been Michael Mann 's pivotal and close collaborator, from THIEF (1981) to BLACKHAT (2015). He notably directed second unit on none other than THE LAST OF THE MOHICANS and COLLATERAL.
