I agree. It's good to have Jason Statham but we also need Sly, Dolph and our other heroes. No need for Seagal and VanDamm though if you ask me. But that's just, like, my opinion, man.

Wasn't Austin burned in the movie? He didn't take two bullets as indicated in the article?

Yeah, you're right. Odd, wonder if Willis perhaps mixed up Dolph and Austins characters?

I hope that he does come back in his role as Gunnar. He was really good in the expendables and I honestly think that his character does have more of a chance to grow (now that he's back in the gang and is off the drugs.) I think it would be good to have more interaction with Jet Li...I thought they were very funny together.

But fingers crossed for a Dolph return and a bigger role...but then with Bruce Willis possibly getting a bigger role who knows whats going to happen!

Obviously I'm not in the know... but I'd imagine with Sly already at work on the sequels script this will be Dolphs next project? Filming starting sometime in march/april/may? Dolph wouldn't have time to start his next project would he? I guess that also depends on how large a role he gets in the 2nd film... with the success of the first and the good reviews he got for his performance I'm speculating here that his part will be quite big in the 2nd.

Depending on how advanced he is, he could totally (and probably will) shoot SKIN TRADE before.

What about receiving bigger offers in more mainstream stuff? Is he set on still doing Skin Trade or would he still like to ride that wave of attention he's received the last year or so?

He's been working so hard on SKIN TRADE for the past year and half, got financing and it's so close from production that he's set on doing for sure, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want to pursue supporting roles in bigger movies as well (which he does)...

Good stuff. He deserves it. I think it was smart for him to do Chuck and the sooner he gets back in the limelight the better.

Latest rumor is that Sly would want Charlie Sheen to play a CIA agent that is chasing Bruce Willis' character.

Stallone mentions he tried to get Sheen for the first movie. Who would he have even played? Stallone doesn't say if this was early in the process or later when characters were set.

As we've seen, characters were not set in stone during prep of the first one, some were added, some were dropped, or others had a sex change operation (Monroe was a woman in the first draft)...

The script is taking a more hard edged tone- An Extreme case of Male-Pattern-Baddness is arising....
