UB is a clown it should be considered a compliment when he criticizes someone because it indicates he can't work with people more talented than himself... which is every single person on the planet... and even some animals.

What the hell...

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2379386/

Didn't even know this was coming out. Being released in a three pack on amazon as far as I can see. Just goes to show you, unless you actively keep up with an actor or a franchise or whatever, you don't know when they are going to pop up. Who is still funding Uwe Boll's movies for goodness sake?

I mentioned it a couple of times. It's a mystery. Who knows the ways of the Boll, and how he finances his movies (which he raises through his own companies), which actually raised some wild rumors a few years back (but he made a lot of enemies so anything to get back at him)...

I agree with him on some things but not on how he says it... plus, he insults everybody and all the movie business who make money over everybody else, but he still manages to drop that "he has enough money to play golf until he's dead"... not mentioning that if his movies are so much better he should stop making dirt-crap in between his "masterpieces". And of course he's a specialist of these rants or "coups" to make a name for himself but I doubt this will help fund his kickstarter in the few remaing hours left... he also have a problem with the word "retarded", which shows the subltety and openeness of his brain about the world ...

He just proves how ignorant and unprofessional he really is. You can make a name for yourself by raising controversy, but he's going about so blatantly and wrong. So is this it for him? Is he officially finished with making films? I always thought he was able to produce them himself and then write them off through a German tax loophole... Then why is he even bothering with kickstarter and Indiegogo in the first place?

It's funny though... He thinks that people are lining up to see his films, and that him quitting actually hurts specific individuals...

Mostly I think he proves that he's somewhat narcissic, immature and mostly needs therapy (and there's no offense at all saying that, I'm all for therapies myself) as he probably has unsettled issues to deal with. I'm sure he's actualy a nice guy but he's all over the place and on his own planet that has its own particular logic, sometimes he reminds me of Van Damme in a way.

I don't think he's done with movies either, plus I doubt he was thinking to make RAMPAGE 3 with only the $55,000 he was aiming for with the campaign (his rant got him another $5,000 or 8,000 with 45 hours left to go).

Natassia Malthe interview on working with Dolph again (on 4GOT10) and remembering about ITNOTK 2:
I spoke a lot to Dolph because we have worked together before and laughed about our last experience together. We were both going through endings in relationships and we both looked older in our last film because of the personal stress we both had. I did terrible on that film and my acting was the worst. I was experimenting on something that did not work. Obviously, my break up at the time did not help my judgment of character.

Finally watched it.
To say that I was expecting something worse is to say the least. If it wouldn't be for his mood crisis, his ego, his poor choice of stories and scripts and a better sense of editing, Uwe Boll would be a good director. This INOTK grants us with nice camera moves (nice travelling or aerial shots*), beautiful landscapes and a good music, as long as some good acting here and there (it's a Dolph fest, the King's main guard is a solid one, as well as the daughter of the motherblabla) (and, to be honest crappy acting for the rest, with this WTF for a King ...). Boll doesn't care a bit about his plot, and you can clearly see it.
The story his crappy, the movie is globbally cheap (the production design his ... questionnable ^^).
Take away the dragon stuff, the plot twist, and emphasize on some stuff (the seer is a good, yet underused, character), and you could get a funny movie.
At this stage, it's a lame excuse for a fantasy movie, only enjoyable because of Dolpoh.

Game Over, Uwe Boll
The man known as the world’s worst director is now retired and running a Vancouver restaurant. But he’s still not done waiting for the world to give him his due.
