Actor Leo Gregory on OITC from the set of PAYBACK SEASON:
It’s a bit different from One in the Chamber where he’s playing a Russian henchman...

“Yeah! It couldn’t be more different than this. It was Dolph Lundgren and Cuba Gooding Jnr… completely different. It was an action film, all a bit silly in some ways, but I was playing a Russian, which was nice to stretch yourself as an actor and it was good to shoot on location (in Bucharest), but the real excitement was two-fold. I’d grown up with Rocky and Dolph’s performance as Ivan Drago and I was working with Cuba, who’s an Oscar winner,” he smiles and acknowledges that in a tough time for the profession, he’s been able to work pretty consistently.

A 33 seconds pitch for the title sequence (concept presented to the director, might not be used, music not from the film, rough)

Cool that they are making the effort with a proper title sequence. I like the concept and hope that a polished version of this ends up in the film.

We should get a trailer soon right?

This is extremely similar to the opening title sequence from THE HIT LIST... only a little better. THE HIT LIST opening looked very rough, like it was done on a mac and meant for cable (of course the music for that one didn't help either).

The titles for OITC do seem better though...

Hummm (had not seen it). MPCA probably asked the same company to pitch them something... I hope this one turns out to be a good surprise.

Nope. The movie is finished so it shouldn't be too long before we hear something.

Questioned about it in an interview for the ActionFest published yesterday, the director William Kaufman (SINNERS AND SAINTS) wasn't too talkative:
ET: So you have already completed One In The Chamber since shooting Sinners and Saints. What stage is that film at in its release process?

WK: I was actually brought on to do that film and Anchor Bay is releasing it. They also released Sinners and Saints.

Cool.
Those stills look like fun. Seems like a nice colorful character for Dolph. Some fighting in there too it seems.
That cover is generic as hell! That random gun-holding hand popping up is truly craptacular.

I did not expect Dolph to get top billing like this in this flick. I thought it would be more like "and Dolph Lundgren".

Thanks for the pics Jox! I can't help but look forward to this one, its nice to see some fights and the sets look pretty stylish, I just don't want to get my hopes up, being realistic it is a DTV but lets hope it lives up to expectations in terms of providing a fun action film.
