BE: I am really excited for this film. Sean Farris and I play a married couple that may have gotten married a little bit too early. Sean’s character ends up buying me a house. What he didn’t know was the house is full of heroin which Dolph Lundgren is clearly in charge of. It was great and super cool to work with Dolph.

After Dark Films’ new action film franchise are getting a Walmart exclusive release. The new label, entitled After Dark Action, combines the talents of Joel Silver, Dark Castle Home Entertainment and Courtney Solomon’s After Dark Films for a series of high quality, high-octane action pictures featuring top international stars.

All five After Dark Action films (Dragon Eyes, Philly Kid, Transit, El Gringo and Stash House) have been available on Amazon Instant Video and On Demand, but now you can get DVD copies at Walmart.com starting July 24th for $7.98 a pop.

No extras on the UK disc it seems expect for a "G2 Pictures Action Trailer Reel" but they often don't announce them and yet they figure on the disc (ie. DIRECT CONTACT, ITNOTK...)

Cool thanks I just got word from Warner that a national release is planned later this year, but no Blu-ray at the moment for the US.

Probably not much of a surprise, but these Walmart exclusive discs are extremely barebones... Not like I was expeting a whole lt in terms of special features or anything, but they immediately go right to the menu screen with only two options -- Play Movie or Languages; that's it. Feels almost like a MOD disc... Oh well, at least they're rleased and at a good price!

I pre ordered the DVD from WalMart and got it in the mail today. It 's a bit of a bummer like savagesketch says, it's a play or language option only menu DVD. It seems like if it is an "Exclusive" release, it should have some sort of bonus goodies added to make it special!
