Is Dolph happy with how this turned out? If I remember correctly, he was a little worried about the film once production wrapped.

I'm not sure he did see it or any of the finished product apart from the trailer maybe, he didn't attend the Cannes screenings and he didn't have time to watch afterwards anyway (2013 being his busiest year having shot no less than BLOOD OF REDEMPTION, A MAN WILL RISE, CERTAIN JUSTICE, SAF3, and EXPENDABLES 3!). I'm sure he had fun playing it but I don't think he took it very seriously and doesn't mind not to watch it or only eventually.

Nope, just the Chinese theatrical opening on January 1st for now.

U.S. buyer Wrekin Hill Entertainment (partnered with Lionsgate) has it as "coming soon" on their website but nothing's been announced and it hasn't been rated by the MPAA yet.
