Did people who pledged get their rewards? Most of them are supposed to have been shipped a few months ago, except for particular items like the score/soundtrack (which they may not have clearance for from the rights owners).

WAR PIGS MOVIE FACT: MICKEY ROURKE AND THE COWBOY HAT: For those that don't know, Mickey Rourke demanded to pick out his own costume, we could have options be he had finally saw, He would not leave his trailer to do his acting unless we agreed to this demand. This is why you see a cowboy hat and sunglasses in the movie. He told me he was going for a Robert Duvell in Apocalypse Now vibe ... i had to let him do it, how can you argue with The Wrestler
