Yeah, that's something that should be left for Twitter and such...

I stared at it for two minutes before I got it, embarrassingly - maybe it will get a title change before release, I don't see that title sitting well on DVD packaging to be fair. Also 'Forgotten' as a word is rather generic so I'm expecting a last minute change perhaps - as long as it isn't something generic like Deadly Kill.

Just like I thought, it's D who gets top-billing for just a few days worth of work and what I imagine will be 10-15 minutes of screentime. Whatever helps sell the film, I guess...

The fact that he has small roles doesn't bother me... as long as it's for a worthy project or against a top-notch cast like in SMALL APARTMENTS or HAIL, CAESAR, but playing second fiddles to guys like Luke Goss, Johnny Messner (who's name I didn't know before that) and Michael Paré (who's been doing anything he's offered since... STREETS OF FIRE?) is more uncomfortable! I guess JCVD has been doing the same lately (DRAGON EYES, SWELTER and other even more obscure cameos, but his POUND OF FLESH looks like a return to form)...

JCVD has stepped away from mainstream roles and even headlining dtv flicks in recent years. I think it's a the dtv action market drying up with the budgets getting tighter and tighter, combined with JC's asking price staying the same (from what I've read, he still commands a large salary even in the current market).

POUND OF FLESH should indeed be a return to form. Though this review indicates that the stuntman work is extremely evident...

Tha'ts right that Johnny Messner is best known for his roles in some tv shows like Angel, Son of the Beach, Friends, The O.C, CSI, Cold Case (he also marries Kathryn Morris), but he also played in few movies with Bruce Willis and with Denzel Washington, too ;)

I completely agree!

May be a kinda generic cover and Dolph is clearly 'over-billed' but it's quite cool. Danny Trejo looks like a prune.

Dolph is much like Michael Caine, Malcolm McDowell, Morgan Freeman and Ben Kingsley in the sense you'll often see them show up in some utter trash, but they always bring a level of professionalism and genuinely attempt to make something out of the performance.

Look at Mickey Rourke now front centered and getting top billing on the WAR PIG poster that got put on IMDB:

Not only is Rourke now front and center, but the shot of Rourke is easily 10-15 years old!!! Do they put any effort into these???

Rourke is unrecorgnizable today so there would be no point to show him on the poster as he is in the movie (it doesn't even seem they got production still shots of his).

EDIT:
Interesting thought regarding the title spelling:
McQuade85
It's for the VOD release, titles often get listed alphabetically, so anything starting with a number shows up first.
