Blu-ray release January 23 in Italy
https://www.amazon.it/Larceny-Blu_Ray-D ... 076T6BGCY/

Probably one of the only if not sole BD editions that this title will get...

Saw this on Netflix, glad I didn't spend any 'actual' money on it...
I was tentatively excited after seeing the trailer. Thought it could be a low budget surprise, but alas. What a slogfest.

The only Blu-ray available worldwide, the Italian edition has "forced subtitles" (need a special player or OPPO player to remove them).

NOt that I doubt you, because you've never led me astray yet, but is that 100% confirmed?

Haha!
I tested it on my own player when I received it, so I'd say it is confirmed (even the tracks can't be switched during the movie). ;)

Thankfully given the film it's not too much of a big deal but I assume Italian subs popping up being being pretty distracting when you watch the whole thing.
I have the same problem with the French editions of COMMAND PERFORMANCE and ICARUS (which look better than the US discs), and I wish I'd knew how to rip them in order to make new copies of my own without any subs...

It's kinda hard to dispute that.. I was hoping that it was some specs you read on another site or something.

Now I will have to do some digging on how to remove the subs myself before I consider buying.

Thanks for the reply.

Is English Audio and no forced subs, too much to ask for?

EDIT: It's coming from the same studio, so the answer is yes :(
