Here's a link to one of the actual teaser trailers. The link you posted I can only describe as an unfortunate mess. It wa something that had been slapped together as a temp.

You are correct there will be a screening at the Nevermore film festival in Durham North Carolina. WILLITS Will be screening there 3 consecutive days. More festival announcements should come soon and I will update as we make progress on an actual release date.

It would be okay if it was really the movie that cover is selling (low budget INDEPENDENCE DAY starring Dolph as cop? Could be fun), which it's absolutely not.
Also with that U.K. title alone, they're also spoiling it badly, I don't think you were supposed to know going in that the movie creatures are aliens...
