OOF! Checked out Dead Trigger tonight after Redbox emailed me a coupon for $1.25 off a rental. So I paid 50 cents for it and still feel ripped off. I'm way behind on my Dolph viewings, but this easily has to be his worst in years. How do you screw up Dolph vs. hordes of zombies? This film will show you how. Terrible acting, terrible production values, terrible everything. The only amusement I found was laughing at how Oleg Taktarov looked like Tom Berenger if your TV picture setting were way off. I know we're all pretty much Dolph completists on this board, but I'd advise anyone who hasn't seen it yet to stay far, far away.

Yeah.... this is easily Dolph's worst movie since Agent Red. The acting was straight out of a Playstation 1 game, the editing was poorly done, the dialogue is so ridiculously amateurish, the pace is non existent and the effects are hysterical.

This is exactly the type of movie Dolph should not be doing. This is not a highlight of anyone's career.

Forgot to mention, the title on the actual movie in the U.S. is Dead Trigger: Unkilled. To quote Jack Burton, I have no idea what the hell that means.

Dolph would have def turned this down if offered after the success of major studio releases of Creed 2 & Aquaman. Very low budget. Dolph's girlfriend Jenny was cast as a zombie in the movie. Although I'm pretty sure she was killed at least three times when groups of zombies attacked throughout the movie..

I know I shouldn't admit it but I've given up on watching everything he did. So thank you for the warning. I'll rather invest my time in filling more important gaps like Aquaman.

I tend to skip stuff where he's not the lead/co-lead or stuff where he's the bad guy. I prefer Dolph as a hero to a villain.

This 2016 teaser trailer with original score shared by initial director Mike Cuff actually makes it look pretty good...
