And now the waiting begins for a decent English friendly release of any kind.
It's a shame that the USA/North America doesn't have a viable and consistent outlet for these lower budget/DTV action movies.

Well at least there's a disc release date set somewhere. I'll give it a few more months and then order it. Hopefully it will at least have an English audio track.

It is announced with an English audio track. Tiberius Film made a lot of mistakes in the past but if they announced a foreign (for Germans) language they do it right.

This was shot in May 2016 initially, with additional photography in early 2017, the film should have been released 12 or 18 months ago...

My goodness Zombie Shooter sounds embarrassing as a title. I'm scared they'll try to be over the top cheesy and make bad fourth wall breaking humour.

Too bad it's the first film that will get released after Dolph's renaissance. The whole thing is cheap as hell, with lack of money approximatively evrywhere (cheap props, cheap set designs, cheap locations ...). The writer made the dumb decisions of having the best secondary character killed off within the first 40 minutes, and spending too much times with the dull kids.
The rythm is quite ok, and it's not (that) boring, but it's not really interesting either. There's a dozen other movies like this one, and probably half of them were better.
There are some decent scene here and there, but some other are really utterly cheap. BOTD was waaaaaaay better in my opinion.
