I went back to watch the previous mockumentary 7 Days in Hell and Dolph actually appear via old stock footage, from a Swedish interview where the subtitles tell a story about a big Swedish gay prison orgy. I have to wonder what Dolph's reaction to being approached with that was, because I imagine just about every other action star has way too big an ego to let that happen lol.

I wonder if they actually went to other stars for Dolph's role, since they already used him in the previous doc and he's still associated in mainstream consciousness with super-doped athlete Ivan Drago so it made sense not mentioning it's a perfect match for a younger John Cena (I didn't realise they looked alike so much). Anyway we know Dolph isn't shy about making fun of himself.

the man is a cult name, so no surprise that he got the role. i don't think that someone else was considered.
With the Tour de France completing this week-end, time for a TOUR DE PHARMACY rewatch? (It's available to rent or buy on iTunes, Amazon, Youtube and other platforms)
