I just saw the trailer(without sound) and I think this film looks really cool unlike any of his recent films. I just wish he would cut his hair.

Hehe... I think Dolph looks very good in that haircut.

I know what you mean there was good action in it but not a big finale which would have made the movie better. I also enjoyed Detention even though it seemed to be more of a teen flick. I was actually suprised by this movie and I think it is one of Dolph's better ones. I really admire that that guy is still throwing himself around and doing his own stunts.

not sure what to think........looks a lot better than recent releases.........nice to see Dolph flexing his muscles again.......nice moves.........but with Sidney Furie as the director brings doubts............Detention was complete crap...........I get the feeling Dolph is just churning out these movies to make some money and then move on.........thanks for the link, hope his site is updated sometime.

I guess it depends of the edition, I bought the Greek edition and it has a nice widescreen picture, english language only, with optional greek subtitles.

The special features includes:
- making of featurette (18 minutes),
- Dolph Lundgren interview (5 minutes),
- Polly Shannon interview (5 minutes)
- Sidney J. Furie interview (5 minutes)
- behind the scenes (16 minutes)
- trailer (2 minutes)

The featurette is edited in part from the behind the scenes footage and the interviews

Direct Action does come out in England on Jan 3, rental only so another month later it should come out to buy, if you have a multi region player. Also if you try a programme called Emule, it's a downloading thing like Kazaa, but with a wider database, they have Direct Action to download.
