It got some coverage (at least the photo) on some sites like Comicbookmovie. Warner will rely a lot on Aquaman as Justice League is kind of a commercial failure (and it's a soso movie where you can see the productions troubles it wen through).
It's good to see that Dolph had good chemistry with his stunt team (and it means there will be some stunts and not only CGI stuff. I'm repeating myself, but it's of good omen so far).

PS : and I'm a bit critical here but the new community management for Dolph on Facebook and twitter, using these "Viktr" links, is far from the best he had so far (I hope it's not someone who might see this on this forum ^^).

Those Viktr links (mostly reposts of old ones) also get a significantly lower reach than they should... Viktr is a social media platform aimed at athletes, Whosay (for celebrities) was much more efficient when we used it.

Back in 2008-2009, AQUAMAN was to be produced through Leonardo Di Caprio's company it seems.

Thanks for the info, he's a prominent artist of the AQUAMAN comics!

Here with their comic counterparts:

So it appears Wb hadn't learned their lesson in excessive meddling given what's come out about Justice League. Hopefully Wan has the clout to void having half his movie butchered.

Is Dolph going to be wearing that mask for a lot of his scenes?

No idea, I wasn't even sure that was his character, Patrick Wilson, or Willem Dafoe's...

I can't see the image you're talking about (with the counterparts).
On the ivan reis design, the first is ocean Master (Wilson) and the last is Black Manta. I don't know the other two monsters.

Then I think GeneralMcFaiL meant the Ocean Master and so I have no idea if Dolph will be wearing a mask or not, but I guess he'll have human face (with a beard) like Momoa, Kidman and Heard, which would make more sense.

'Aquaman' first look reveals an ultra-jacked Jason Momoa

What’s also interesting is how even this still photo has a rather different feel than images from Justice League, which introduced Aquaman to audiences last month. Director James Wan (Furious 7, The Conjuring) says you can expect many more differences to come. “It’s going to look very different, it will feel very different — aesthetically, tonally, story-wise — it’s my own take,” Wan tells EW. “It’s a much more a traditional action-adventure quest movie.”
