Don't know anything about the guy they hired but wish him well. Hope he takes this opportunity and runs with it.

Who knows how much truth there is to this... My guess is that it's a case of semantics, i.e. multiple ways to read and interpret a post, but Sly posted this to his instagram, leading some to believe that Brock Lesnar could be cast as Drago's son. My guess is a big no... But we'll see...

I think Sly's end of his post was pretty clear, but medias can't even read an Instagram post until the end, and I'm pretty sure they haven't found the guy yet (or he would have been mentioned in the Variety article)...
By the way this is just for entertainment, Drago's son will be played by a new unknown…

What ? Brock Lesnar ? Lol, it's a joke. He's too old for being Drago's son ! Sage Northcutt was better for the role

Exactly, Lesnar too old is what Dolph says:

DOLPH LUNDGREN: BROCK LESNAR AIN'T DRAGO'S SON... In 'Creed 2'
http://www.tmz.com/2017/12/14/dolph-lun ... cky-drago/

All the medias had to do was to read Sly's post properly since he clearly indicated that the photo was for entertainment and the role would go to an unknown...

The big question about Northcutt is how well can he act? I think Drago's offspring will say a lot more dialogue to day than his father did in ROCKY IV...

D came back to LA to do a commercial with Sly, and discuss CREED II of course, since he still hasn't read any script...

In this day an age where people cry "fake news" just because they don't like a story or disagree with its intent, when it comes to the entertainment industry, fake news on the internet has always been there. These websites are all about chasing clicks and trying to take clicks away from the competition. Most don't even have actual reporting and just repeat what other sites say. And they love to create click-bait articles by reframing stories or just trying to pass off their speculation as facts or using misleading headlines.

Well, there is another accusation to Sly of rape, happening back in 1990. A police report is filled and the police will investigate things. Appereantly, the report was filled back in November. Wouldn't be surprised if that was somehow the reason the studio decided on a new director for the movie.

Sage Northcutt sent out his audition tape, but he has not yet received any feedback or audition date (unless they dismissed him for his acting or something)...

Not sure about the exact start date because the page has been deleted but it hints a possible January 26 start date (Dolph told me around March back in early December, although his deal with MGM wasn't officially signed yet)...

Heery Casting, the Philadelphia casting company which recruited fight-scene extras for the first “Creed” movie is currently seeking “a TON” of people to appear in the forthcoming sequel, “Creed 2”, which begins filming in Philly on January 26, 2018 and is currently scheduled to shoot on location through March.

My opinion is Sage Northcutt was better for the role than Florian Munteanu, but we escaped the worst with Brock Lesnar lol

He remind me the MMA fighter who plaid in 2 of the expendables
