Thanks for linking! I don't think the spoiler is really that bad... I actually appreciate the fact that they've given us a female villain who looks like she has a lot to really bite into (love the scar). But yeah, rough footage that I assume will be fixed. Also kinda cool in that it gives us an idea of what these films look like in the editing stages prior to sound mixing, color grading, etc.
No problem! I love seeing stuff like this as well and you don't often see it nowadays and especially not from indie/low-budget/DTV films (only company I can think off still doing this is Full Moon).
It kinda depends but most of the time WowHD is cheaper than DeepDiscount, ImportCD and their other sites for overseas (ImportCD/DeepDiscount is about $38 and WowHD around $31 in this case). And if you order a few items instead of 1 often Amazon comes out cheaper. If you don't care about the blu-ray the Australian DVD (the distributor doesn't seem to put out many blu-ray's) is probably cheaper.
Really?! I guess it depends on locations, but for France ImportCDs charges about $8 to ship one disc... (And Amazon comes with custom taxes which can bring the total to a high number)
I'm from The Netherlands and they charge $12,99 shipping + $6,51 taxes. WowHD their pricing is including shipping and charges €4,65 taxes so it's considerably cheaper. DeepDiscount is around the same as ImportCD I believe, but DeepDiscount (just like Zavvi) almost always has 10% promo codes available so I never really order from ImportCD. But from experience (for my location) it's always the cheapest to buy multiple items from Amazon.
This could be fun. It's actually good to see Dolph working with Adkins again. Here's hoping the movie is good. I feel with a concept like this, a bigger budget and more stars would do it better justice. This is something that Netflix should be making with 15 million.
Looks promising to me! The drama of the story seems well executed. The action seems hard hitting. The movie looks cheap but locations and esthetic are atleast motivated by the concept.
It definitely shows its limitations as far as budget, the tight shooting schedule and enforced delays (almost every covid era DTV will suffer this). Hopefully it proves fun regardless. Dolph VS Adkins will hopefully be decent.
Trailer looks good alto a little cheap here and there (but taking in consideration the production it's understandable). And yeah the trailer basically shows us the entire thing... Hopefully the US trailer will be a bit better in that regard. Don't think there's any news yet on the UK and German releases?
I was wondering did they use the footage shot for one day in March of 2020 or started all over again for confuse/goof reasons ( hairstyle, maybe someone got more fat or skiny)
