Wow never caught that, but the movie was shot in Super 35mm, framed for 2.35 widescreen aspect ratio, and I'm pretty sure you don't see it in the proper format (which the French and Italian discs are in and the upcoming German edition will be). It's like spotting a boom mic on an unmatted full screen video version.
Most countries and editions also altered Russell Mulcahy's intended dirty color grading for a more flashy contrast.

The Australian one is 4:3 so that makes sense.
At least my DVD doesn't look glossy. Definitely very dreamlike, but very gritty.
Also, when I went on the set up menu to turn on subtitles (My hearing isn't great), the still they used was Gina Bellman lying naked after the sex scene!

Spotted Christopher Eyerdhal in "Hell On Wheels" show and he literally steal the show. Great actor (even if he was a little "over the top" in ST).

My sister is watching a kids movie called Funky Monkey about a monkey CIA agent. The opening scene reuses the building exteriors and interiors from Silent Trigger!

Waxman (Dolph Lundgren) ist ein ehemaliger Elitesoldat der Special Forces und arbeitet jetzt als hochqualifizierter und schwerbewaffneter Auftragskiller einer geheimen Regierungsorganisation, welche nur als "The Agency" bekannt ist. Sein neuer Auftrag führt ihn zusammen mit der hübschen, aber unerfahrenen Glegg (Gina Bellman) nach Mexiko, wo sie eine unliebsame Politikerin ausschalten sollen. Doch der streng geheime Auftrag misslingt, denn Waxman kommen Zweifel, ob die Ermordung der Politikerin wirklich richtig ist. Glegg erhält den Befehl, Waxman sofort zu liquidieren, doch sie geraten unter Beschuss und können selbst nur knapp entkommen.
Kurze Zeit später erhält Waxman den Auftrag, ein neues Ziel im Algonquin-Tower zu eliminieren und trifft innerhalb des Gebäudes erneut auf Clegg. Mit allen Mitteln versucht Clegg, Waxman an seiner Arbeit zu hindern und er stellt sehr schnell fest, dass er mittlerweile das eigentliche Hauptziel der Agency ist. Doch sie haben ihre Rechnung ohne Waxman gemacht, denn als die Truppen das Gebäude stürmen, erwacht in ihm die Kampfmaschine und er entfesselt einen ultrabrutalen Vergeltungsschlag, um seine Feinde und seinen Auftraggeber zu vernichten.

It doesn't seem to be announced anywhere on the net yet?
Anyway, the interview with Altieri should be fun and the booklet will be packed (written by yours truly)... They also tracked the best source material to deliver the movie in the best conditions (un-touched or DNR'd).
