Good to have Dolph back in theatres! Foxfaiths first release was out on Friday. The Last Sin Eater opened in 429 theatres, with only Henry Thomas and Louise Fletcher as its star names. I'd guess that The Inquiry will get a bigger release as it's a bigger budget film with bigger names in it. I'd imagine 500-1000 theatres.
This can only be good news for Dolph getting a higher profile in the states again. It'll help widening his own films in their releases, whether that means more DVD's released to compete harder with Van Damme and Snipes for head DTV guy, or to get limited releases for his own work. I'd hope that DD could be considered thanks to it's US-China co production, and further down the line MM and TD (please make this, me and Jox know why). Dolph's latest films aren't being made straight out as being DTV, so hopefully that'll mean he can chase distributers. They'll be good enough too with Dolph controlling his career now. The recent Rocky buzz also helps. We might just be seeing a Dolph renaissance coming. I've got no doubts his best films are yet to come.
