Region 1 DVD coming on February 18th??!!

Pre-order it here

http://www.moviesunlimited.com/musite/product.asp?sku=D49530

PS rumor has it that it would have been re-cut... I hope not, with all the characters and subplots involved it could be a mess... I'm not even sure how they could edit 110 minutes theatrical cut out of the 190 minutes TV version (even though it was thought through both ways)

Nice cover - but imagine putting Dolph's name first and not having a picture of him on the cover :o

yeah but considering the rest of the cast (Von Sydow, Murray Abraham etc) and the fact that Dolph's character is secondary to the story, it's actually nice to see he's getting first billing in certain territories (as in Germany). On this ad they really sell the movie on his name despite the fact he's not pictured!

"Max von Sydow och Dolph Lundgren i fantastik historik thriller!"

"Missa Sveriges egen actionhjälte Dolph Lundgren i detta storslagna actionäventyr."

"Max von Sydow och Dolph Lundgren i fantastik historik thriller!"

This really needs no translation as it is exactly the same in English as it is in Swedish but I´ll go the extra mile: "Max von Sydow and Dolph Lundgren in (a) fantastic historic thriller"

"Missa Sveriges egen actionhjälte Dolph Lundgren i detta storslagna actionäventyr."

Not to difficult to decifer this one either, but anyway... it says: "Don´t miss Swedens only action hero Dolph Lundgren in this magnificent action adventure"

It actually says: "DO miss Swedens only action hero Dolph Lundgren in this magnificent action adventure". But on the cover it says "don´t" I think they mean "don´t".

Dolph doesn´t get mentioned in this trailer at all. That sucks. In a bad way.

For some reason I'm not all that surprised. Dolph isn't all that popular in the US, where they wanna appeal to the "well thinking" Christian community and mainstream epic audiences. So publicizing the movie on his name might do more harm than good, or at least that what most movie executives would think... But it might be good if Dolph gets noticed when people and critics see the film and that they praise his surprise performance...

well here's a well sized Dolph on the US DVD cover!

Other than that the supposedly limited theatrical release in January either was just BS or will be VERY VERY limited I suppose...
