Interesting possible new project Dolph talked about too, though sounded a little bit like a cross between MM and DC. A film set on the US/Mexican border (wasn't MM originally gonna take place there?) could be good, but it's treading too similar ground really. I'd love to see Dolph do something like Conan, a fantasy action flick in the sword and armour days. I'm only really saying that cause I'm listening to the Conan score (one of my favourites, absolutely classic score) as we speak. Would be awesome, but suppose it depends on budget.

MM was supposed to be in New Mexico.

Ah "Conan"'s score by the late great Basil Poledouris! He and Goldsmith are really missed... I think what would be great is a hard ass Viking flick for Dolph (why not an adaptation of his favorite book, the Swedish novel "Red Orm" a.k.a. "The Long Ships"?), and it could probably be done on a budget too (has anyone seen the 1995 "Viking Sagas" with Ralph Moeller?)

I always thought Dolph should have played Bullvy in the 13th Warrior. And yeah dude, I saw The Viking Sagas.
Sven Ole Thorson throws a spear at Rolf Moeller, Moeller is shocked. Rolf throws the spear at Sven, Sven snatches it out of the air, spins around and throws it back at Rolf. Rolf is again shocked.
"When you can do that, you will be ready!"
That and the virgin's healing blood, phew, what an awesomely bad movie.

You don´t irritate me, I just didn´t understand what you meant. I am not the smartest person in the world, you know. I´m not even close...

Jox, nice video. Very nice.

LISTENING TO THE CROWD: How Much Does the Audience Influence the Artist’s Voice?
As much as filmmakers try to shield themselves from the slings and arrows — or on the flip side — the adulation of the audience, they can’t help but be influenced by the people who view their work. We’ll look at the varying ways and different degrees that filmmakers keep their audiences in mind…as well as the dangers that either withering criticism or fawning applause can bring.

Moderator: Chris Vognar, Entertainment Writer Dallas Morning News Panelists: Michael Addis, Producer/Director, “Heckler”; Dolph Lundgren, Actor/Writer/Director, “Missionary Man”; and Jewel, Musician/Actress.

blog from the moderator, not much from Dolph though (btw Jewel, who appeared in Ang Lee's "Ride with the Devil", wouldn't be a bad choice as a costar for DL)

Short interview (in 2 parts) we missed... Dolph seems to confirm that "Tokyo Suckerpunch" was only a rumor... he also kind of gives a hint about MM...

I'm not sure about that. It sounds to me like it is a very early rumor. It would be nice!

Here's the link to the first part of the interview:

well usually he doesn't have a problem revealing things, and I've noticed it's not the first time he's mentioning his agent when he doesn't want to be upfront...
