Done some snooping and found out two of Dolph's confirmed co-stars. One guy is called John Montoya, who has one movie under his belt, and the other is Matt Tompkins who's got a good sized CV (though not sure about the quality). Montaya will play Dolph's brother apparently.

A hot texan woman is also working on the film. She's called Melinda Marroquin. Her IMDB credits show her as an assistant director and 2nd unit, as well as an actress, so what she's doing on this I don't know yet, but she's on the film.

Here's her Myspace site. http://www.myspace.com/melindamarroquin

John Montoya seems to be a little young to ba Dolph's brother isn't he?!

Here's another teen set to co-star alongside the D-man Chelsea Ricketts

But here's the scoop, on the talent agency's website, they list Andrew Stevens as producer of MM! Yes, the same from Royal Oaks, Phoenician and Franchise Pictures who produced Storm Catcher, Jill Rips, Agent Red and some bad Steven Seagal's and Wesley Snipes! As long as he gives Dolph his budget and doesn't interfere with his creative decisions I'm fine with it....

I think Steven's must be a producer with Sony (did Black Dawn which was also sony). I can't see that Dolph would let them screw it up though. He's got the project off the ground himself so far. Hopefully Dolph gets a good budget laid out and is able to get what he wants. It does help that he's not working with lazy bulgarian crews which is something. Still it's disappointing to have Steven's name attached to this project. Still trust that with Dolph having put effort into doing pre-visuals etc, and shopping for his own hog, that he'll be firmly in command here. Suppose it helps that he's the star and must be kept happy.

Steven's hasn't had an entirely terrible run as producer. He's done Boondock Saints, The Pledge and Animal Factory so it looks like he knows when to keep his schnoz out. Keep it out Stevens! Well out!

Also seems that Walking Tall 2 is not too bad either. It's apparently quite well done and pretty violent. Unlike the rather soft first film with The Rock. I'll be watching that one. It'll be strange seeing Sorbo stomp around in a hard R rating. We can also have check of possible MM locations, as it also filmed in Dallas.

UFC Fighter Brad Imes is playing Hoss in MM

RC: (laughter) Right! I know you are filming that movie. Can you tell me more about it?

BI: Yeah, sure. The title is “Missionary Man” and the first time I heard it I thought it sounded like a porno (laughter). It’s an action movie that stars Dolph Lundgrun who also wrote and directs it. It’s like a modern day western but instead of horses there are motorcycles. I play a character named “Hoss” which I don’t think is a big shocker. I’m a bad guy in the beginning but end up as a good guy in the end. I never thought of doing anything like this but the opportunity presented itself because they wanted Tim Sylvia at first but he had the fight with Randy so they called me.

The cast is coming along nicely now. Although there's no real big names co-starring with Dolph, Eno's aside, the overall quality of cast will be so much better than what you get in the Eastern European filmed movies. For a start they won't need to dubbed the supporting actors as can often happen, and generally there's more working proffesional's to cast. Dolph will no doubt have a better stunt team to work with as well. Can't wait, this will be good.
