Then my search agent didn't work. The VHS was the only hit I got during the last couple of months. Just watched it (and even did part of the workout). Ah...

With the current hype on audio books, don't you think it would be a good idea to have an instructive and motivational workout / fitness audio book by Dolph? You could listen to it on your mp3 player. Two big improvements to the VHS: you don't have to watch the screen but can concentrate on your movements and you can take it outside. He's doing a lot of promotion on fitness websites / tv magazines lately it seems. Maybe this is a good time for such a "by-product".

That's an interesting idea. I know he thought about maybe doing a DVD to accompany his long-planned fitness book but this would be a more feature functional indeed and could be very motivational for people working outside by themselves (which I know of experience can be "ungrateful"). Definitely something to suggest to Dolph when he'll focus on this again.

Wow, Dolph just made me sweat. ;-) I did the whole workout. Ok, I suck when it comes to push ups and I have serious balance problems with squats. But otherwise it was really good. ;-) Just wonder how I'm supposed to do sprints in my living room...

Do you guys just own the tape/dvd or do you actually use it as a workout inspriration?

Addendum: An hour later I stagger around the room... those swats and lunges will take their toll the next two days I guess...

Did it make you feel any fitter and what do you think of the layout of the workout?

I don't if I ever did the exact same routine but most exercises are pretty common... I certainly wouldn't watch it while doing it in the living room, that idea always seemed odd to me, so your mp3 idea makes total sense.

Nathan: It made me feel good and I felt that the blood was circling very well after the workout. But on Saturday afternoon the pain started, Sunday was a real pain in the butt (literally speaking). Even Monday was pretty uncomfy. But at least I was sure that I did a serious piece of work. ;) As Dolph says: It's a progressive workout. It will get better.

PS: Currently Rambo II on TV. Sly was looking good back then, great shape. I've watched Rambo IV for the first time a couple of days ago. Good that Dolph has chosen to go for a natural look now. When he'll be 60 he'll still look great. Like his hero Clint. Eastwood is still doing great at 78. Or Jack Palance, anyone? He did one-armed push-ups on stage in 1992. He was 73 then. Gosh. And I don't manage proper two-armed push-ups being a few decades younger. *sigh*
