Who is the actor who provides the uncredited voice of the judge when Santee is Sentenced?

Now that's a hard one, no idea. It's not in the end credits?

Geoffrey Lewis, (father of Juliet), dies at 79 of natural causes. RIP
http://variety.com/2015/film/news/geoff ... 201467979/

Lewis has had a long career, among which many roles in Clint Eastwood's films.

Here below in a deleted scene (that wasn't even in the script and maybe was shot as part of the alternate ending reshoots):

Oh crap :( he was a good actor and a charismatic figure. He was great in Double Impact with JCVD and proved to be a really good actor in other genre (Blueberry, The devil's rejects ...).

Clint Eastwood on Lewis' passing:
“I was very saddened by the news of Geoffrey’s passing,” said Clint Eastwood, in a statement. “I worked with him on many films and thought he was a wonderful actor and terrific performer. He had the most expressive face—which made working with him so fun. Geoffrey will be greatly missed.”

I've been trying my best to find the exact locations of the movie and update the IMDb. Some bozo never thought to actually list the locations in the credits.

So far I am missing Jimmy's Chop Shop, Severence's House, and the Prison Hospital Santee leaves from.

The IMDb says "Palm Springs" as a location but NOTHING in that town looks familiar.

The exact locations are never in the credits, they'll just name the main city (sometimes not even all, especially if there's additional photography) and the studio...

But good for you for doing that I don't even know how you manage to do that with Google maps! ;)
So far I am missing Jimmy's Chop Shop, Severence's House, and the Prison Hospital Santee leaves from.

The main place that quoted in the production notes and some documents I actually have is Lone Pine, and for a while they were shooting in the desert. The 'chop shop' may be a warehouse they built in a vague location they found. I'm not even sure most of the inside shoot-out was filmed at the same place.
The IMDb says "Palm Springs" as a location but NOTHING in that town looks familiar.
It's possible it they had base camp there at some point to use a location near by. I remember Dolph mentioning Palm Spring when he mentioned shooting the movie during the UNISOL promotion back then...

EDIT:
Your post got me intrigued to go look at my docs and one of them is a fax that was sent by the PR company (Dennis Davidson Associates) to the French distributor & publicist (Metropolitan Filmexport/Samuel Hadida & François Frey) to advise that they are "arranging set visits on location in Los Angeles and Palm Springs" if they want to send any media to visit the shoot. Another fax I managed to get hold of specifies the best dates to visit, stressing that after these days the shooting "will move to the Mojave desert where set visits will become very difficult".
The production notes say that the June 1992 earthquake (one of the biggest in decades) forced them to move the shoot from the actual Joshua Tree national park to Lone Pine, despite 2nd unit actually filming at the national monument before the earthquake struck. it also says they filmed in "over 130 different locations during its 42 days schedule with half of the shoot being filmed in the Los Angeles downtown area and around Agua Dulce* in the Santa Clarita Valley before moving out to the desert"

* where they shot the warehouse, among others, during two weeks of night shoots.

Other locations quoted are:
- Red Rock Canyon State Park
- Lone Ranger Canyon,
- Hopalong Cassidy Rocks
- Sierra Nevada mountains,
- Horseshoe Meadow Road
- Allabama Hills
- An old railway station close to where they shot the Spencer Tracy film BAD DAY AT BLACK ROCK

Remember that cinema is all cheating! ;)

Agua Dulce is likely where Severence's house was, but the exact address is a tough one.
