Ultimate Dolph

I just saw on a site, there is a film made by Kevin Brodie released on DVD, which the title is in French (Témoin Secret), and I really cannot find everywhere that Dolph made a film with him. Does anyone has information about it? Thank you.

I don't know who this Kevin Brodie is but "TEMOIN SECRET" is a cheap and bootleg second edition of HIDDEN AGENDA, credits must be all wrong.
