One of Dolph's aborted projects was PIT BULLS, announced in 1994 by Moshe Diamant and Mark Damon's company MDP Worldwide (MEN OF WAR) who gave out a synopsis to distributors to pre-sell the picture (alongside THE QUEST and PLAY TO KILL, an unproduced Jeff Speakman vehicle).

PIT PULLS was based on a comic by Mike Richardson (TIMECOP) & Jerry Prosser and similar to the likes of UNIVERSAL SOLDIER, SOLO and SOLDIER: a perfect soldier in between a human and a machine who discovers himself a soul and emotions and turns against its creators...

From birth, the government taught him that emotion didn't exist, that compassion was worthless, that his life was worth nothing next to the good of the squad. And they taught him to kill better than anyone else in the world. But now he's on the loose and learning that he has a soul--and the first thing he feels is hate.

Similar to the likes of UNIVERSAL SOLDIER, SOLO and SOLDIER..... Not to mention Gans' TROOPER and Carpenter's SHADOW COMPANY (Which I believe Dolph had some near involvement with too right?)

Never heard of that one before... (Dolph was attached to star in MELTDOWN which was based on a John Carpenter script if that's what you're thinking of)
