One of Dolph's aborted projects was PIT BULLS, announced in 1994 by Moshe Diamant and Mark Damon's company MDP Worldwide (MEN OF WAR) who gave out a synopsis to distributors to pre-sell the picture (alongside THE QUEST and PLAY TO KILL, an unproduced Jeff Speakman vehicle).
PIT PULLS was based on a comic by Mike Richardson (TIMECOP) & Jerry Prosser and similar to the likes of UNIVERSAL SOLDIER, SOLO and SOLDIER: a perfect soldier in between a human and a machine who discovers himself a soul and emotions and turns against its creators...

And they taught him to kill better than anyone else in the world. But now he's on the loose and learning that he has a soul--and the first thing he feels is hate.
